Southeast’s Keana Llewellyn Joins the 1,000 Assist Club
Keana Llewellyn with the Southeast Cyclones volleyball team passed 1,000 career assists during the recent 2024 prep volleyball season. The junior reached the plateau in a match against Lusk at the 1A East Regional Tournament in Guernsey. Llewellyn helped Southeast take third place at the 1A volleyball state tournament. The Cyclones also won the 1A East Regional championship and finished with an overall record of 29-5.
Llewellyn had 709 assists in 84 sets played during the 2024 season. The junior added 32 kills and tied for the team lead with 46 service aces. She contributed 148 digs and had 17 total blocks this fall.
Keana is a two-year letter-winner at SHS and has her senior season to play in 2025. Llewellyn also plays basketball for the Cyclones and was part of Southeast’s 1A state championship team last March.
Congratulations, Keana, on passing 1,000 career assists. She is at 1,047 and counting.
