Star Valley Volleyball Wrap-2019 [VIDEO]

Star Valley has qualified for the 4A state tournament the last 2 years running after moving up from the 3A ranks following the 2017 season. The Braves amassed a record of 34-7 this season but was the #3 seed from the west region. In the quarterfinal round of the state tournament in Casper, Star Valley lost in 3 straight to Laramie but rebounded to beat Cheyenne Central in the consolation round 3-0 before bowing out to Cheyenne East in a very competitive match 3-2. This team was led by all stater Otessa Olsen and the 5-11 senior did everything she was asked to do. McKenna Brog was designated all-conference as well as Aislee Julander. Brog will return next year as a senior but Julander will be graduating. So the Braves will have some rebuilding to do in 2020 with 3 seniors but a large junior class of 6.
