Sydalee Brown of Campbell County Wins 2 Sprints at 4A State Track

Sydalee Brown of Campbell County earned the "Best of the Best" Award at the 4A State Track Meet in 2 events, the 100-meter dash, and the 200-meter dash. She ran 12.16 to win the 100 and 25.09 to take the 200, plus she ran on the Camels state championship 4x100 relay team.

In 2021, Brown won the 4A state title in the 100 in 12.71 and took 2nd in the 200 in 27.4. Her 4x400 relay team placed 5th so she has been busy in track. So busy in fact that she was the 2022 Indoor State Champion in the 55-meter dash and the 200. Needless to say, Brown has enjoyed a stellar career at Campbell County.
