Thorvaldson made her announcement on Tuesday at Rawlins High School.
The senior is ranked No. 1 in the nation for girls' cross country at the prep level according to Mile Split. She told WyoPreps in a one-on-one interview back in late August that her top four were Arkansas, Northern Arizona, Oregon, and Stanford.
Thorvaldson is the most-decorated Gatorade Award winner in state history. She's already won 15 state championships in her high school career entering the 2020-21 school year.
