Torrington showed some fortitude on Friday night with they rallied from behind twice to knock off Upton-Sundance 24-14. Upton-Sundance opened the scoring with a TD catch from Luka Brooks. Torrington responded with a TD reception of their own from Keiser Wolfe and it was 7 all at the break.

Brooks caught his 2nd TD pass of the game in the 2nd half to put the Patriots in front 14-10 but Torrington answered with a Beau Bivens TD run and a TD catch from Chase Miller. It was a compelling and competitive game as the Blazers improved to 3-2 with a road game at Big Horn this week. Upton-Sundance falls to 2-2 and will be at Tongue River on Saturday.

Be sure to catch our video from Friday's game in Upton as well as some great photos from Marsha Barritt and Dawn Bivens. Enjoy!

University of Wyoming’s Top 50 Football Players

During the summer of 2021, 7220Sports.com counted down the Top 50 football players in University of Wyoming history, presented by Premier Bone & Joint Centers, Worthy of Wyoming.

The rules are simple: What was the player's impact while in Laramie? That means NFL stats, draft status or any other accolade earned outside of UW is irrelevant when it comes to this list.

This isn't a one-man job. This task called for a panel of experts. Joining 7220's Cody Tucker are Robert GagliardiJared NewlandRyan Thorburn, and Kevin McKinney.

We all compiled our own list of 50 and let computer averages do the work. Think BCS -- only we hope this catalog is fairer.
