
Wyoming High School Outdoor Track Scoreboard: April 22-26, 2025
It is a busy outdoor track week in the Cowboy State. Week 6 of the 2025 season has 14 track meets hosted by Wyoming schools. Six are on Tuesday, while the other eight are sprinkled throughout the week. Baggs and Cheyenne host field-only events, while Newcastle, Lander, Sheridan, Wright, Afton, Cody, Cheyenne, Douglas, Kaycee, Pine Bluffs, and Cowley also have track meets in the state. A few schools are heading to neighboring states for competition.

TUESDAY, APRIL 22:
CHEYENNE THROWING MEET at Cheyenne Central HS – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Pine Bluffs.
Girls Team Scores = East 27, Central 23, Pine Bluffs 18, South 10.
Boys Team Scores = East 54, Central 24.
GARY BENSON 3A/4A CLASH at Sheridan HS – Buffalo, Campbell County, Cody, Douglas, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Powell, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Worland.
Girls Team Scores = Natrona County 138.50, Thunder Basin 125.50, Sheridan 106.50, Kelly Walsh 86, Cody 73, Powell 41, Douglas 40.50, Buffalo & Campbell County (tied) 34.

Thunder Basin's Grace Miller won the 100 & 200 meters. Jaden Meyer of Douglas won the 100 & 300 hurdles. NC won 3 of the girls' relays. Sheridan's Garrett Otto swept the 110 & 300 hurdle races in the boys' division.
NHS QUAD at Newcastle HS – Hulett, Newcastle, Sundance, Upton.
Girls Team Scores = Newcastle 181, Sundance 132, Upton 117, Hulett 83.
Boys Team Scores = Newcastle 260, Sundance 128, Upton 79, Hulett 74.
Adalyn Olson of Newcastle won the 100 meters,100 hurdles, & the long jump. Upton's Maddie Mills won the 800 meters and triple jump. Jaylin Mills from Sundance won both throwing events.
Collin McConkey of Newcastle won the 100 & 200 meters. Jake Schommer from Sundance won the 110 hurdles & high jump. Newcastle's Dane Crabtree won the 400 meters & long jump. Aiden Butler of Newcastle won both boys' throwing events.
PANTHER TWILIGHT at Wright HS – Campbell County, Glenrock, Moorcroft, Thunder Basin, Wright.
Girls Team Scores = Wright 233, Thunder Basin 127.50, Glenrock 100.50, Campbell County 62, Moorcroft 43.
Boys Team Scores = Wright 167, Campbell County 141.50, Thunder Basin 129, Glenrock 96, Moorcroft 28.50.
Wright's Mili Meza Perdomo won the 100 & 300 hurdles, plus the high jump, and was on the first-place 4x100 relay. Jocelyn Umiker won the discus and shot put. Wright's Tobyn Tiegen won the boys' 800, 1600 & 3200 meters. Teammate Jaxson Neely won the high jump & triple jump and was on the 4x400 relay that took first.
RIVERTON/LANDER DUAL at Lander Valley HS
Girls = Lander 80, Riverton 38.
Boys = Lander 76, Riverton 51.
Addison Alley won the 100 meters, 100 hurdles & led Riverton to a win in the 4x100 relay. Paisley Hollingshead of Lander won the high jump & long jump. Lander's Adelyn Anderson won the shot put & discus.
Lander's Brayden Johnson-Baker won the 100, 200, & 400 meters, and was on the Tigers' 4x400 relay victory. Riverton's Davian Spoonhunter won the 800 & 1600 meters. Kaiden Arnold of Riverton won the 110 hurdles & high jump. Kayden Liebrecht of Riverton won the two throwing events.
SNAKE RIVER FIELD-ONLY in Baggs, WY – Encampment, H.E.M., Little Snake River, Rawlins, Rock River.
H.E.M.'s Bella Vaipuna won the girls' long jump & triple jump. Kristie Jordan from Encampment took the discus and shot put titles. Tymber Cozzens from LSR won the boys' high jump & triple jump.
Out-of-State events:
Rapid City Track-O-Rama in Rapid City, SD – canceled.
THURSDAY, APRIL 24:
CODY TRIFECTA at Cody HS – canceled.
DAVE DRANEY MEMORIAL at Star Valley HS – Cokeville, Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Kemmerer, Lyman, Mountain View, Pinedale, Rock Springs, Star Valley; out-of-state teams = Sugar-Salem (ID).

Evanston was 4th in the girls & 6th in the boys.
Morgan Invitational in Morgan, UT – Big Piney, Cokeville, Mountain View.
Big Piney tied for 3rd in the girls' division, Mountain View was 6th, & Cokeville was 17th. In the boys' division, Big Piney took 8th, Cokeville was 11th, and Mountain View finished 14th.

Waylon Cosby cleared 6-4 and won the boys' high jump.
