The Wyoming Coaches Association Boys All-Star Soccer game was pretty one-sided on Saturday in Gillette as the Black team blanked the White team 6-0. The teams were determined by a draft and it was no surprise that Court Gonsalez of Worland made his presence felt. He scored once in the first half and once in the 2nd half with a couple of other scoring opportunities sprinkled in between. Gonsalez was the state's leading scorer in Wyoming prep boys soccer with 19 goals and 20 assists. His Warriors team ran the table en route to the 3A State Championship.

Thunder Basin's Caleb Howell also played a big role for the Black team as he scored in the first half and assisted on a 2nd half-goal by Gonsalez. Howell this season had 7 goals and 6 assists as Thunder Basin won the 4A State Championship. We talked to both of those guys on Saturday about the match and the road ahead.
