Worland had championship hopes start to finish in 3A this season and came through in the clutch with a 55-49 victory over Mountain View on Thursday in Casper to take home the trophy. Seniors Rudy Sanford and Mack Page combined for 38 points and won this game despite going 6-18 from the 3 point line and missing 15 free throws.

But the Warriors showed plenty of resolve down the stretch with big plays on both ends of the floor and for the game, they forced 21 turnovers. This was Worland's 2nd title since 2016 and we chatted with Sanford and Page, along with coach Aaron Abel after the contest.
