The Week 6 schedule is busier after the weather moved games from last week to this week.

For some teams, this is the second conference matchup. That could impact the conference standings by the end of the week.

TUESDAY, APRIL 19

Final Score: #2 Thunder Basin 14 Wheatland 0 (conference game) - Piercy tosses a 1-hit shutout with 13 K's. Bolts steadily pulled away and capped it with a 6-run 4th. Selfors, Piercy, Wilkerson, & Lee with 2 hits each.

Final Score: #2 Thunder Basin 15 Wheatland 2 - Kimberling with 2 hits (HR) & 4 RBIs. Bolts closed it out with 11 runs in the 4th.

Final Score: #5 Cheyenne East 25 Cheyenne South 0 (conference game) - T-Birds break it open with an 11-run 2nd inning. Neider had 4 hits (2B, 3B) & 5 RBIs to lead a 17-hit attack. Christensen tossed a 2-hit shutout with 10 K's.

Final Score: #3 Cheyenne Central 3 #4 Laramie 1 (conference game) - Indians get the go-ahead run on an RBI fielder's choice by Kelly. Birt with 2 hits (3B). Hinz = winning pitcher - allowed 1 unearned run on 4 hits with 14 K's.

Final Score: #3 Cheyenne Central 11 #4 Laramie 7 - Indians got up 8-2 and hold off a Laramie comeback. Allen had 3 hits & 3 RBIs. Gebhart homered.

Final Score: Cody 25 Worland 2 (conference game) - Fillies pull away with 12 runs in the 3rd. Brasher & Ungrund had 3 hits and 2 RBIs apiece. Evans added 2 hits (2B) & 4 RBIs. A. Wollschlager homered for Cody.

Final Score: Cody 19 Worland 0 - Fillies jumped out to an 11-0 lead. Lindahl had 3 hits (HR) and 4 RBIs. V. Wollschlager tosses a 4-hit shutout.

Final Score: Kelly Walsh 14 Natrona County 0 (conference game) - Wood throws a 2-hit shutout with 7 K's. Lijewski had 3 hits (2-2B) & 7 RBIs.

Final Score: Kelly Walsh 7 Natrona County 4 - Trojans led 7-0 and held off a comeback. KW took advantage of 6 walks and 4 errors by NC.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20

Final Score: Green River 13 Rock Springs 8 (conference game) - Wolves scored 12 runs in the first 3 innings and held on. GR had six extra-base hits, including a home run.

Final Score: Rock Springs 14 Green River 12 - a 6-run 6th inning helped the Tigers rally for the victory. Mortensen had 4 hits (2B) and 2 RBIs.

THURSDAY, APRIL 21

Final Score: Wheatland 13 Cheyenne South 3 (conference game) - a 6-run 5th inning helped the Bulldogs close out the game early. Lockman had 3 hits (3B) & 2 RBIs and was the winning pitcher. Sisson added 2 hits (HR) & 2 RBIs.

Final Score: Kelly Walsh 23 Worland 3 (conference game) - Trojans scored 5 or more runs in all four innings. KW took advantage of 12 walks and 13 errors.

Final Score: Kelly Walsh 28 Worland 4 - Trojans scored 9 or 10 runs in all 3 innings. Addy had 2 hits and 4 RBIs. KW had 11 walks.

FRIDAY, APRIL 22

Natrona County at Cody - postponed to 5/3/22

Final Score: Cody 10 Kelly Walsh 2 (conference game) - Fillies took the lead with 4 runs in the 4th. Egger had 2 hits (2B) and 3 RBIs. Ungrund got the win & allowed 2 runs (1 earned) on 3 hits with 6K's and 3 walks. KW was hurt by 4 errors, 5 walks & a hit batter.
