The finish line is in sight for the 2015 season, as well as the individual and team championship trophies.

The VA Hospital in Sheridan hosted the 2015 Wyoming High School State Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 24th.

2A Boys: Jorge Garcia of Pine Bluffs/Burns won with a time of 16:48.68. Wyoming Indian would 9-peat as team champs.

4A Boys: Chris Henry of Laramie would repeat as champ with a time of 15:29.39. Laramie boys would 4-peat as team champs.

3A Boys: Brody Smith of Cody would repeat as champ with a time of 15:23.33, missing the course record by 1.33 seconds. Star Valley would 4-peat as team champs.

2A Girls: Jules Ward of Thermopolis repeats as champ with a time of 19:12.50. Pine Bluffs/Burns 6-peats as team champs.

4A Girls:

Sophomore Aubrey Frentheway of Cheyenne Central surprised the field winning with a time of 18:31.21. missing the course record by 1.21 seconds. Central won the team title.

3A Girls:

Calbi Ausmann of Newcastle would repeat as state champ with a time of 18:39.19. Jackson would repeat as team state champs.
