PhotoFest: Rock Springs Track Meet

The annual Ted Schroeder "Meet of Hope" track and field event was held on Friday in Rock Springs and there were some superlative individual performances. Christopher Wilson of Green River, who is one of the finest track athletes in the state won 4 events and that's not easy to do. On the girls' side, Jaylee Antonino of Mountain View took the top of the podium in 3 events.

In the team standings for the boys' Rock Springs was 1st with 165.5 points, followed by Evanston with 94.5, Green River tallied 81, Riverton 76, and Mountain View 51.50. For the girls, Evanston took 1st with 97.66 points, Rock Springs 2nd as they came up with 81.83 points. Mountain View 3rd with 76.33, Riverton 4th with 70.5, and Green River 5th with 67.16. The top 2 finishers in each event are as follows:
