Wrestling is now in full swing as we head into week two.
There is tons of action, starting on Tuesday, and plenty of invites and tournaments this weekend. Most teams are headed to either the Pat Weede Memorial in Gillette or the Battle in the Big Horns in Worland this Friday and Saturday.

After day one of the tournament, Cheyenne South is 62nd, Laramie is 38th, Cheyenne Central is 6th, and Cheyenne East is 4th.

Torrington takes 1st in the silver bracket.
Christmas Duals at Wright HS = Glenrock, Greybull/Riverside, Hulett, Lusk, Shoshoni, Sundance, Thunder Basin JV, Tongue River, Wright
Tongue River won the title with a 50-36 victory over Glenrock in the 1st-place match. Wright took third place.

Butte, MT won over Thunder Basin 45-31 to take first. Sheridan and Sidney/Fairview, MT took third and fourth respectively.
Huntley Project Mixer at Huntley Project School in Worden, MT = Rocky Mountain
Though there are no team scores posted, Jordan Muth took 2nd in the girls' HWT and Dyami Rock placed first in the 103 division.
Northern Colorado Christmas Tournament at Island Grand Event Center in Greeley, CO = Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Laramie
Cheyenne Central finished the highest out of all four Wyoming teams, placing eighth with 112 points. Keagan Bartlett placed first in the 215 weight class for the Indians. Cheyenne East finished tenth, Laramie finished 40th, and Cheyenne South was 66th.
Sidney/Bridgeport Invite at Sidney HS in Sidney, NE = Burns/Pine Bluffs, Cheyenne East Girls
Burns/Pine Bluffs finished 7th in the boys' bracket and 4th in the girls'. Cheyenne East Girls took 5th.
West Grand Invite at West Grand HS in Kremmling, CO = H.E.M. Saratoga
Saratoga took second place with 115 points. The Panthers had three first-place wrestlers, as well as two second-place and two third-place winners. H.E.M. finished in eighth. Samuel Ramirez took first in the 144 class for the Miners.
