Wyoming’s Spring High School Tennis Season Debuts on Saturday

While it did not work out for spring golf, the spring tennis season at the high school level begins this weekend.

The short eight-week season opened with practice on March 27, 2023. Spring season competitions could have started last Saturday, April 1, but the weather interfered.

Laramie will host Green River, Rawlins, and Torrington on Saturday for some round-robin action.

Three other schools opted to not participate.

Gillette has an event they are hosting next week.

The last date for a contest in the prep spring tennis season is May 20, 2023.

Spring Golf is hoping to get on the course in Worland and Douglas at the end of next week.
