Another unanimous choice for No. 1 was Thunder Basin in 4A girls. The Bolts received all 12 first-place votes. Second through fourth was the same order with Riverton, Jackson, and Natrona County. Laramie was alone in fifth. There was no three-way tie for the final spot in the poll.

In 3A boys, Worland retained the top spot with ten of the 12 first-place votes. Powell and Cody also earned one first-place vote. They remained No. 2 and No. 3. Lander climbed to fourth, while Torrington moved back into the rankings in fifth. That pushed two teams out of the poll.

The one division that was not different was 4A boys. Kelly Walsh stayed at the top, and Jackson was second. Both teams received five first-place votes, but two more second-place votes helped the Trojans hold the top position. Cheyenne Central got one first-place vote and held in third. Sheridan and Rock Springs were fourth and fifth, respectively.
