The 2A girl's title game featured defending champion Wyoming Indian taking on Pine Bluffs. The Lady Chiefs had a 9 point lead at one juncture of the game but Pine Bluffs fought their way back into the contest. It went down to the final seconds with Jaden Ferris hitting 2 big free throws following a steal and bucket from Angela Astorga. She finished with 20 points on the night, Ferris had 14 and Sandie Friday had 13. Wyoming Indian repeated as the 2A state champions and finished the year 26-3. Pine Bluffs got 20 points from Jaiden Shelit and 8 from Dylan Sweeter. The Hornets wrap things up with a mark of 21-5. Enjoy our video of the 2A Girls Championship.
