The final conference games that will determine the Division I and Division II State Tournament fields will occur during Week 15 of the 2026 Wyoming Legion Baseball season. The No. 3 and No. 4 seeds are on the line in the South Conference between three teams: the Laramie Rangers, Cheyenne Hawks, and Torrington Tigers. Five teams are still alive for the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds in the North Conference, as the Sheridan Jets, Cody Cubs, Jackson Giants, Powell Pioneers, and Lovell Mustangs are still vying for a spot. The Jets and Giants are done with their league games. The top four on each side, with the Gillette Riders being one of them, will qualify for the Division I State Tournament in Gillette.

2026 WYOMING AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL SCHEDULE WEEK 15

The same type of jockeying is going on in both conferences for the No. 5 through No. 8 seeds to decide the eight teams at the Division II State Tournament in Green River. The league action will also decide who slides into those spots. Five teams will be in tournament action this week. The Sheridan Jets host the Bomber Mountain Dogfight baseball tournament in Sheridan on Friday and Saturday. The Casper Drillers and Lovell Mustangs are also in the four-team field. The Jackson Giants head to Boise, Idaho for a tournament, and the Cheyenne Sixers venture to Texas for the CABA AA World Championship in Lubbock.

There will be a handful of non-conference games next week before the Division I State Tournament starts on July 24 in Gillette. The Division II State Tournament begins on July 30 in Green River.
