Changes in the 3A and 4A boys’ rankings were the most notable differences in the new WyoPreps Coaches and Media Basketball Polls released on Wednesday. There was a new No. 1 in Class 3A and a new team in Class 4A. Cody took over the top spot in 3A, while Lander came back into the poll at No. 5. Cheyenne East re-entered the 4A boys’ top five for the first time in a month. The other two classes in boys’ basketball remained the same. The only change in the new girls’ rankings was a different team in fifth in 3A, as Powell rejoined the top five. The other three divisions of the girls’ poll stayed the same.
