Class 2A has a new top-ranked team in both boys’ and girls’ basketball in the latest WyoPreps Coaches and Media Basketball Poll. Two-time defending champion Tongue River moved back to the top of the charts after they beat preseason favorite Wyoming Indian by three points at the Herders Classic in Glenrock. In the boys’ poll, Wyoming Indian went 4-0 last weekend and impressed enough voters that the Chiefs climbed to the No. 1 spot. Defending champion Thermopolis was pushed down to second.
