Cheyenne East Girls Basketball Postgame Remarks 3-13-21

The Cheyenne East girls basketball team had plenty of seniors but also had a handful of underclassmen who certainly made a difference. Boden Liljedahl and Bradie Schlabs are two of those young players as East lost just 2 games and won the 4A championship with a 52-37 win over Cody on Saturday night in Casper.

Senior Ashley Marshall chipped in 10 with another senior Cheyanna Alvarado adding 8. This team was balanced and played as a team. We caught up with Liljedahl and Marshall after the game along with coach Eric Westling. They were more than happy to talk about their big win.
