The second week of the prep football season is already here. There are games on four days this week. Class 2A and Class 1A 9-man begin conference play. Only four games involve ranked teams squaring off, two of which are in Class 4A. A few teams are playing non-varsity opponents, while five schools do not have a game this week. New rankings will be released on Wednesday.
