The 2026 Wyoming High School football season reaches Week 3. For the first time this year, every team is playing an opponent from the Cowboy State. Conference play continues for 4A, 2A, 9-man, and 6-man. Class 3A teams have one more week of non-conference action. Games will be on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

WYOPREPS WEEK 3 HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL SCHEDULE 2026

At least one game in each class pits a ranked team against another ranked squad. Class 4A features No. 3 Cheyenne Central heading to Casper to face the second-ranked Natrona County Mustangs. In 3A, fifth-ranked Riverton has another home test. This time it's against No. 2 Cody. It's a rematch of last year's 3A semifinal. In Class 2A, third-ranked Thermopolis visits fifth-ranked Cokeville on Friday afternoon in Lincoln County. Fresh off an open date, 9-man No. 3 Greybull welcomes fifth-ranked Big Piney in a big West Conference tilt. Finally, on Saturday in 6-man, Carbon County rivals collide in Baggs. Third-ranked Encampment goes to No. 2 Little Snake River.

Final Score: Laramie 15 #5 Campbell County 13 - Misslin had the game-winning 38-yard FG with 14 seconds left for the Plainsmen. Laramie ran for 247 yards and also forced 4 TO's with 4 sacks.

Final Score: #4 Cheyenne East 69 Cheyenne South 0 - T-Birds scored 3 TDs on their first 5 offensive plays.

Final Score: #1 Sheridan 24 Kelly Walsh 21 - Broncs scored the GW TD with just over 2 minutes left to extend their streak to 59 in a row.

Final Score: Thunder Basin 26 Rock Springs 20 - Bolts pick up their 1st win of the year on the road. Gracin Peak returned a kickoff 96 yards for the go-ahead TD in the 4th Qtr after Rock Springs had tied it.

Final Score: #1 Star Valley 56 Lander 0 - Hilton had 6 TD passes for the Braves. 4 of those went to Erickson. SV limited the Tigers to 35 yards of total offense.
