Lyman Takes Care of Thermopolis to Get to 5-2
Lyman held court at home on Friday with a solid 58-25 win over Thermopolis to improve to 5-2. The defending 2A state champions used a systematic approach to the game with a solid running game. The Eagles have a group of backs that can wear opponents out and that starts with a stout offensive line that can wear opponents out. Quarterback Carter Bradshaw is having a solid season as he averaged 139 all-purpose yards per game.
Thermopolis can move the ball through the air and coming into the game against Lyman, there were getting 230 yards passing per contest so that's impressive. Roedy Farrell has been producing yards all over the place but the Bobcat defense certainly had their hands full with the Lyman offense.
The Eagles have won 3 in a row and will be on the road at Rich County, Utah on Friday afternoon. The Bobcats saw their 2 game winning streak come to an end and have a tough encounter coming up on Friday when they will host a very good Cokeville team.
