Lyman is the defending 2A state champion and the Eagles certainly have enough talent to do that again. They have a dominant lineman in Rho Meacham so this team has the potential to be super good on the line of scrimmage,

The Eagles traveled to Rawlins on Thursday and posted a 36-6 win over the Outlaws thanks to Ashton Houskeeper who rang up 4 touchdowns. He ran the ball 18 times for 99 yards and was 5-8 throwing the football for 109 yards. Chevy Fackrell had 11 carries for 48 yards with Alex Bradshaw catching 4 balls for 110 yards. Plus the Lyman defense didn't give Rawlins very much room to operate.

2A football in the West will be extremely competitive and Lyman has a tough game this week at Lovell. Rawlins is 0-2 after a week zero loss to Wheatland but there's plenty of time for the Outlaws to get some traction. They'll take on Star Valley next week. Please take a peek at some photos of the Lyman-Rawlins game thanks to Mollie Lee. Enjoy!
