Riverton’s Alexxis Motisi Signs with Central Wyoming

Riverton basketball player Alexxis Motisi will be staying close to home as she has signed on with Central Wyoming College. Motisi originally signed with Sheridan College but the school drops its sports programs due to financial issues. She was an all-state selection in the 2019-20 season in 4A, averaging 14 points and 7 rebounds per game. Motisi had 27 points in their game with Cheyenne East last season. 25 vs. Lander and 23 vs. Kelly Walsh. She shot 50% from the field from 2 point range for the year.

In her junior year, Motisi averaged 9 points and 5 rebounds per game for the Wolverines and fueled a resurgence in Riverton girls basketball. She also was an all-conference volleyball player in 2019.
