The 4A title match at 113 pounds featured Dominic Martinez from Green River taking on Landon Trujillo from Cheyenne East. Martinez is no stranger got to the winner's circle as he won the 113-pound state title last year and the 106-pound championship the year before that. Martinez pulled away with a 7-2 win to finish the year at 27-0. Trujillo, who is a junior is wrapped things up at 32-17.

In 3A, Lyman's Sefton Douglass made it 2 in a row with a 5-3 win over Jacob Guild from Star Valley. Douglass won the 106-pound championship this year and finished the season with a record of 21-0. That's not bad for a sophomore. Guild is also a sophomore and was 38-6 this season.

In 2A, Southeast junior Brock Blevins made the top of the podium with a 7-5 victory over Kaleb Fina from Big Piney. Blevins was solid all year long with a record of 36-8 while Fila, who is a sophomore concluded the year at 30-9. Fila, by the way, was a returning state champion who won it all last year in 2A at 106  pounds.
