Thunder Basin’s Molly Strub Signs with Black Hills St
Thunder Basin basketball player Molly Strub will be headed down I-90 to Spearfish, South Dakota to continue her career for Black Hills State. In her senior year for the Bolts, Strub averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 50% from the floor in the 2 point range. She had a 12 rebound game vs. Green River and recorded 7 blocks in a single game against Cody. For her efforts, she earned all-conference distinction in 4A.
In her junior season. Strub averaged 7.9 points and 4 boards per contest while shooting 46% from the field. She saw significant playing time in her sophomore season, averaging 4 points and 3 rebounds per game with 33 blocked shots.
Strub also played for the Colorado Basketball Club team. Black Hills State is a Division II school that plays in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference
