The Wheatland boys basketball team is one of the better teams in the 3A East with just 2 losses following a 58-50 win over Torrington on Friday. The Bulldogs fell behind by 7 early but that didn't seem to phase them at all. Wheatland has one of the leading scorers in 3A in Luke Anderson who poured in 22 points on Friday. He can score from the perimeter as well as drive the ball to the basket. Kade and Kobey Preuit had 10 apiece for the Bulldogs who won their 15th game of the year. Torrington was paced by Sam Firminhac with 22 and Jackson Jones had 16 as the Blazers fall to 6-9 on the year. Here are some highlights of that game on Friday. Enjoy!
