Wyoming High School Outdoor Track Scoreboard for May 6-9, 2026

The final week of the 2026 Wyoming High School track and field regular season is here. These track meets are the final tune-ups before next weekend’s, May 15-16, regional track championships around the state. Everyone is competing in the state. There are 15 events from Wednesday through Saturday. Some teams will compete once, and some will be in action multiple times.

WYOPREPS WEEK 8 TRACK AND FIELD SCHEDULE 2026

There are a couple of rescheduled track meets, like the Dave Draney in Afton and the Kaycee Invite. Big Horn, Kemmerer, and Star Valley start the week. Cody, Mountain View, and Pine Bluffs host on Thursday. Thermopolis has the largest track meet on Friday, but Gillette, Green River, Jackson, Kaycee, Sundance, and Torrington also host events. Pine Bluffs holds the SEWAC meet on Saturday, and Lander has its Shane Brock Memorial. Here is the Week 8 schedule. It is subject to change.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6

DAVE DRANEY MEMORIAL at Star Valley HS in Afton – Cokeville, Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Pinedale, Star Valley.

Girls Team Scores = Star Valley 248, Cokeville 111.50, Jackson 78.50, Evanston 72, Green River 49, Pinedale 45.

Boys Team Scores = Star Valley 199, Jackson 110, Evanston 98.50, Pinedale 79, Cokeville 68.50, Green River 57.

Cokeville's Addison Barnes led the girls' division with victories in the 200 meters, 100 hurdles, and 300 hurdles. Star Valley's Abigail Carillo-Zarate swept the throwing events. SVHS won 3 of the 4 relays. In the boys' division, Sam Perry from Jackson won the 100 & 200 meters. Teammate Cooper Kintzler took 1st in the long jump & triple jump. Star Valley's Elijah Matautia won the discus & shot put.

LARRY RECTOR INVITE at Kemmerer HS – Big Piney, Farson-Eden, Kemmerer, Lyman.

Kemmerer won both team titles by wide margins.

LITTLE GOOSE RUN, JUMP & THROW at Big Horn HS – Big Horn, Sheridan, Tongue River.

No team scores were posted.

Big Horn's Chase Garber swept the boys' throwing events. Harper Baltz from BH finished 1st in the girls' long jump & triple jump.

THURSDAY, MAY 7

CODY TRACKSTRAVAGANZA at Cody HS – Cody, Lovell, Powell.

Girls Team Scores = Cody 272, Powell 225, Lovell 37.

Boys Team Scores = Cody 244.50, Powell 212.50, Lovell 39.

For girls, Cody's Lillie Kirkham won the 800 meters and 300 hurdles. Teammate Allison Gee won the 100 meters and high jump. Celeste Lindsay of Lovell swept the throwing events. In the boys' division, no individuals won multiple events.

JEFF HEREFORD INVITATIONAL at Mountain View HS – Evanston, Lyman, Mountain View.

Girls Team Scores = Mountain View 159, Lyman 146, Evanston 48.

Boys Team Scores = Mountain View 180, Evanston 102, Lyman 93.

In the boys' results, Stryker Blevins won the 200 meters and 110 hurdles. Mountain View's Seamus Hamilton took 1st in both throwing events. In the girls' division, Lilly Hickey from Mountain View won the discus and shot put.

PINE BLUFFS FIELD EVENTS MEET at Pine Bluffs HS – Burns, Pine Bluffs, Southeast, Torrington, Wheatland.

All individual winners won just one event.

BULLDOG INVITE at Sundance HS – Hulett, Moorcroft, Newcastle, Sundance, Upton, Wright; Out-of-State = Harding County (SD).

No team scores were released.

CLIFF HILL CAMEL QUALIFIER at Campbell County HS in Gillette – Big Horn, Buffalo, Campbell County, Douglas, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Tongue River.

GRHS TRACK AND FIELD INVITE at Green River HS – Green River, Rock Springs.

KAYCEE INVITE at Kaycee HS – Arvada-Clearmont, Glendo, H.E.M., Kaycee, Midwest.

LYNN WILLIAMS MEMORIAL at Jackson HS – Cokeville, Jackson, Star Valley.

WISEMAN INVITE at Torrington HS – Burns, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Laramie, Lingle-Ft. Laramie, Lusk, Prairie View Community School, Rock River, Torrington, Wheatland; Out-of-State = Gering (NE).

SATURDAY, MAY 9

SEWAC at Pine Bluffs HS – Burns, Guernsey-Sunrise, Lingle-Ft. Laramie, Lusk, Pine Bluffs, Southeast.

Girls Team Scores = Southeast 141, Lingle-Ft. Laramie 125, Burns 122.5, Lusk 108.5, Pine Bluffs 43.

Boys Team Scores = Burns 202, Lusk 129, Pine Bluffs 79, Lingle-Ft. Laramie 70, Southeast 36, Guernsey-Sunrise 25.

In the girls' results, Maci Lyons of Lusk won the 800, 1600, & 3200 meters. Addi Wilkins from LFL won the 100 & 200 meters, and the 300 hurdles. Brynn Bach from Burns won the 100 hurdles & pole vault. For the boys, Zane Howes of Burns won the 100 & 200 meters. Teammate Zach Austin swept the hurdle races. The Broncs won all 4 relays. Raynce Brott of Lusk won the shot put and discus. Teammate Nate Miller took 1st in the high jump & long jump. 

SHANE BROCK MEMORIAL at Lander HS – Arapahoe Charter, Dubois, Encampment, Ft. Washakie, Lander, Little Snake River, Rock Springs, St. Stephens, Wyoming Indian, Wind River.
