Most teams are making their second push through the conference schedule...and not only is it difficult the second time around, if a make-up game is in the mix, that will make things even more difficult.

There was a little bit of movement in the latest 4A poll. Central has moved into a tie with Natrona for #3. The main reason is because NC lost for the 2nd time this season vs. #5 Riverton. The Lady Wolverines though, did not move up the rankings, because after beating the Fillies last week, they turned around and got beat by Evanston, but there's a chance to correct that mistake in the rematch this Saturday. Meanwhile, Gillette and Kelly Walsh retain the top 2 spots. KW hosts their cross-town rivals in the Volley-Bowl on Thursday.

Douglas is back on top of the 3A polls, and they'll get to prove they belong this Friday, when they host #2 Rawlins in a big rematch. Powell climbs up to #3, thanks to in part of last week's upset road win at now #4 Jackson. All 3A West teams...including #5 Mountain View, will play in Jackson this weekend, in the 3A West Conference Duals, which is a preview of the regional tournament.

Last week's big game in the 2A east was snowed out and it will be made up next week. Until then, the top 4 remain unchanged. It's Wright, Kemmerer, Big Horn and Lovell. Wind River and Saratoga tie for the #5 ranking.

The 1A ranks could get interesting this week...that's because #5 Cokeville is about to start its run through the Southwest. The defending state champs will play at both #3 Encampment and at #2 Little Snake River on Saturday. As for the rest of the poll, Hulett and Lingle-Ft. Laramie hold their place at #1 and #4.
