Wind River's Mindy Russell had a super impressive State Track Meet in Casper despite some difficult weather conditions. The junior repeated as the 2A state champion in the 400 and her time of 56.39 was the best of the best. She also won the 100 meters in 12.73 and 200 in 26.28  Russell also ran the anchor leg on Wind River's winning 4x400 meter relay that set a school record. That was a meet to remember and shares some of her thoughts with us. Congratulations.
