The Cokeville girls dominated the State 1A Track meet start to finish to win their 4th consecutive state title. The Panthers rang up an astounding 194.5 points with Ten Sleep 2nd with 58 and Lingle 3rd with 54. On Saturday, all the action was on the track and in the 100 meter dash, Lingle senior Kaelyn Riley was the easy winner in 12.83. Riley also won the 200 meter dash, clocking in at 26.3. She is a Chadron State signee. One lady who had a fantastic day on Saturday was Kelli Holiday from Ten Sleep. She won rthe 400 in 59.96, the only one in the field to break the 1 minute mark. Holliday also won the 1600 meters in 5.35.3 and finished the meet with 3 individual titles. In the hurdle events, Cokeville went 1-2-3-4 with Emma Teichert leading the way with a time of 15.63. In the 300 hurdles, Cokeville went 1-2-3-4 with Emma Teichert leading the way, going 47.07. We have some video of the track events on Saturday, despite the inclement weather. Enjoy.
