It's the second round or semifinals of the 2021 Wyoming High School football playoffs. All the games are being played on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021.

There are 20 teams remaining across the five classifications that still have a chance at a championship. The field will be trimmed to the 10 teams left for the state championship games next weekend in Laramie after Friday's action on the gridiron.

These game times have been confirmed with high school ADs by the schools involved. The football scoreboard is presented by Fat Boys Tire & Auto.

The games are listed according to the brackets provided by the WHSAA. The numbers listed next to teams are their ranking in the final WyoPreps Coaches & Media Football Poll, not their seed.

2021 SEMIFINALS

CLASS 1A-6 MAN:

Final Score: #1 Little Snake River 47 #3 Meeteetse 46 - Rattlers rally past the Longhorns. LSR's back in the title game for the 2nd time in 3 years. They won it all in 2019.

Final Score: #2 Encampment 56 #5 Dubois 36 - Tigers will make their 1st-ever trip to the state championship game in school history. This is just the 3rd year of the program since it was re-instated.

CLASS 1A-9 MAN:

Final Score: #2 Shoshoni 27 #5 Wind River 0 - Wranglers ran for 206 yards; Truempler with 178 yards rushing & 2 TDs. Shoshoni will play in a championship game for the 1st time since they won it all in 1985 (2A title).

Final Score: #3 Rocky Mountain 30 #1 Pine Bluffs 24 - Weber with the go-ahead 1-yard TD run with 39 seconds left. Picked up a key 4th and 13 with a 19-yard run. Grizzlies reach the title game for the first time since 1998.

CLASS 2A:

Final Score: #1 Lyman 38 #4 Wheatland 28 - Eagles stay undefeated and have a chance at a 2nd straight title. Ashton Housekeeper had 5 TD runs in the victory for Lyman.

Final Score: #3 Lovell 35 #2 Torrington 7 - 1st title game appearance for the Bulldogs since 2012.

CLASS 3A:

Final Score: #1 Cody 24 #3 Star Valley 17 - Broncs scored on their first two possessions. Braves rallied in the 2nd half after trailing 21-0. Broncs will rematch against Jackson in the 3A title game next week.

Final Score: #2 Jackson 28 #5 Douglas 20 - Broncs win at Douglas for the 2nd straight year in the semifinals. Jackson led 28-7 and held off a Bearcats comeback. Hasenack had 174 rush yards & 2 TDs. Smith added 86 rush yards & 2 TDs.

CLASS 4A:

Final Score: #2 Sheridan 38 #4 Natrona County 24 - Coon runs for 235 yards & 4 TDs. 9th appearance in 12 years of title games in Laramie.

Final Score: #2 Rock Springs 55 #3 Cheyenne East 34 - Tigers roll past the Thunderbirds. Coburn with 4 TD runs; Skorcz had a 95-yard kickoff return TD. 1st title game appearance since 2002.
