Two teams re-entered this week’s WyoPreps Coaches and Media Soccer polls.

There were no changes among the No. 1 ranked teams and two were unanimous picks. There was movement in all four sets of rankings.

In 4A girls, Natrona County rejoined the top five after victories over Kelly Walsh and Jackson last week. Thunder Basin stayed at the No. 1 spot. The Bolts earned 10 of the 12 first-place votes. Riverton got one first-place vote and held second. Laramie moved up to third by three points over Kelly Walsh. The Trojans got the other first-place votes but still fell to fourth. The Fillies of NC finished the rankings in fifth.

Class 4A boys had the other new team in the top five. Sheridan moved back in after a win over Cheyenne Central. Kelly Walsh retained the top spot and received all 13 first-place votes. Jackson held second, while Thunder Basin climbed up one position to third. That dropped Central to fourth, and the Broncs of Sheridan moved back in at No. 5.

Cody continued at the top of the 3A girls. The Fillies were the other unanimously ranked team at No. 1 with all 12 first-place votes. Worland got all but one second-place vote and held that spot. Douglas and Powell swapped spots. The Bearcats checked in at No. 3, while the Panthers slid to four. Buffalo was alone in the fifth spot after a tie last week.

Finally, in 3A boys, Worland remained the top-ranked team. The Warriors received ten of the 11 first-place votes. Powell stayed at No. 2 despite a head-to-head loss to Cody last week. The Broncs are just three points back of the Panthers in the voting. Cody moved back into third. Green River fell to fourth, and Lander held steady in fifth.
