It was a tough year record-wise for the Burlington Huskies at 5-17 but they did find a way to qualify for the state tournament. In what turned out to be a play-in for the state tournament, Burlington beat Ten Sleep 3-0 at the Northwest Quad regional and took 4th at the 1A Cross Quad. So the Huskies punched their ticket for Casper and met Kaycee in the quarterfinal round. Burlington lost that one in four sets 25-16, 25-4, 24-26, and 25-16. That put them in the consolation round against Southeast and Burlington's season came to an end with a 3-0 loss to the Cyclones  25-17, 25-20, and 25-15.

Burlington did have four players who earned all-conference distinction; Kelsi Nicholson, Victoria Nelson, Liberty Bassett, and Cheri Henderson. Bassett and Henderson were seniors this year but Nelson and Nicholson were just sophomores. So there are some good pieces to the puzzle to build around in 2021
