Douglas Boys Enjoy Big Win Over Buffalo
The Douglas boys basketball game entered Friday's home game with Buffalo as the #1 ranked team in 3A in our WyoPreps poll. Buffalo was ranked 3rd but Douglas asserted themselves in the 2nd half and pulled away with a 72-44 win. The Bearcats had 4 players in double figured led by Levi Curtis with 15 points, Jackson Hughes and Nate Halquist had 13 each with Cam Spence chipping in 11. The Cats are now 12-2 on the year.
Buffalo went through a long cold stretch shooting the basketball and they were led in scoring by Eli Patterson with 15 and Coy Johnson contributed 7. The Bison now sits at 9-2 on the season.
