The last week of the Wyoming High School Spring Golf season is here. Only two events are left before the summer break, and the Fall season picks up in mid-August. There is a limited field in Jackson, followed by a 4A finale in Sheridan. The 2A Spring Championship was last Thursday and Friday. Those teams have finished their spring season. This is Week 8.

May 13, 2024

Buffalo Spring Invite at the Buffalo G.C. – Buffalo, Campbell County, Kelly Walsh, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Wheatland, Worland. (make-up for earlier spring postponement)

Camryn Wagner of Sheridan and Isaac Schmidt of KW were the medalists. The Sheridan girls and KW boys won the team titles.

May 14, 2024

Jackson Spring Invite – canceled due to the weather.

May 17, 2024

Sheridan Spring Invite at Kendrick G.C. – Buffalo, Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Laramie, Sheridan, Thunder Basin.

Gabi Wright of Sheridan and Bodie Williams of Thunder Basin were the medalists in this final spring event. The Sheridan girls and Thunder Basin boys finished at the top of the team standings.

The last day of competition the WHSAA allows in the spring is May 17, 2024.

The Wyoming high school championship golf season starts on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024.
