Jackson Rallies From 22 Down to beat Star Valley

The Star Valley/Jackson game was certainly physical and it was a game of momentum. Star Valley had it going in the 2nd quarter with 22 points. Jackson answered with 14 in the 3rd quarter and 14 in the 4th quarter to win this one 28-22.

The 3A west is rugged this year so these types of games could be the norm from here on out. Jackson with the win is 4-1 and will have a home game against Green River. Star Valley is 2-3 with a big home game this week against Powell.

Wyoming isn't represented on Team USA for the 2020 (in 2021) Olympics in Tokyo. But, athletes born in Wyoming have competed for the gold a handful of times over the last century.

According to the folks at BeenVerified.com, seven Wyoming-born Olympians have competed on the world's largest stage.

Since the 1932 LA games, these competitors earned four Olympic medals; one gold, two silver, and a bronze. Wrestling, Track and Field, and Rowing are the evens where Wyoming-natives have shined.
