Wright's Jozi Edwards is an outstanding all around athlete and will be taking her skills to Bismarck, North Dakota to compete in track at the University of Mary. Edwards was the 2019 outdoor state champion in the 2A 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.61. She finished 3rd in the 300 hurdles at the 2019 state meet and ran the anchor leg of the Panthers 4x100 relay team that placed 3rd.

In 2018 as a sophomore, Edwards was 2nd in the 100 hurdles in 2A state meet and took the silver medal in the 300 hurdles. She had solid freshman season in track with 3rd place finishes in both hurdle events at the state championships. Edwards also ran indoor track for Thunder Basin and took 5th in the 55 hurdles.

In addition to track, Edwards was a two time all-state volleyball player as Wright won the 2A state championship in 2018 and took 3rd in 2019.
