Little Snake River Stays Perfect Shutting Out Farson-Eden
Little Snake River is the team to beat in 1A 6-man football, just like they were last year when they won the state championship. LSR took it Farson-Eden last week to get to 7-0 on the year. The Rattlers have an explosive offense with Kannadis Peroulis and Hadley Myers who combine for 246 yards rushing per game. They also have the #1 ranked defense in 6-man and have allowed just 7 touchdowns this season. This is a program that has gone 10-0 in 2 of the last 3 seasons and has not missed the playoffs since 6-man play was instituted in 2009. Little Snake River picked up a game against the Rock Springs JV set for Thursday and will open the post-season tournament the following week with a home game against Hulett.
Farson-Eden is 1-4 on the season with their lone win over HEM. However, the Pronghorns will make the playoffs as the #4 seed from the south and will be at Burlington in the opening round. Farson-Eden will wrap up the regular season by hosting Kaycee on Saturday.
