The Pine Bluffs girls basketball team was blessed with a terrific all-around athlete in Kammie Ragsdale. She averaged 20 points a game for the Hornets this past season and was an obvious all-state selection. Ragsdale had a combined 63 points in the state tournament, pacing her team to a 3rd place finish at the 2A State Tournament. Ragsdale had 17 in their opening round win over Rocky Mountain, 25 in their semi-final round loss to Wyoming Indian and then came back to throw in 21 against Lusk for 3rd place. This Hornet program has been strong for quite some time and went 20-6 with just 3 seniors including Ragsdale. We'll see what next year brings.
