Pinedale’s Brody Hamby Commits to CWC for Golf
A four-sport star at Pinedale High School, senior Brody Hamby chose to pursue golf at the next level.
Hamby recently signed with the Central Wyoming Golf program at PHS.
Brody earned all-state in the fall 2023 season with a fifth-place finish at the Class 3A golf state championships in Worland. He carded rounds of 73 and 75 over the two days.
Hamby is a three-time all-conference honoree. He helped the Wranglers to a third-place finish at the conference championships earlier this fall.
Central Wyoming College competes at the NJCAA level in Region IX. The Rustlers competed in seven fall tournaments. They have four tournaments planned in the spring and the Region/District tournament. Mike Neuman serves as the CWC head golf coach.
In addition to golf, Hamby played football, basketball, and soccer for Pinedale.
He joined the football team after the golf season concluded and broke the school record for the longest field goal with a 41-yard kick versus Kemmerer on Oct. 6, 2023.
Hamby is a three-year starter as a keeper for the Wranglers soccer team. He has earned all-conference honors on the pitch.
Currently, Hamby is preparing for his senior season of basketball at PHS. He is a three-year letterman.
