Remington Ferree of Thermopolis Signs with Chadron State
Remington Ferree was an early signee to Chadron State to further his career on the football field. This guy has some size at 6-4 305 pounds and was a 2A all-conference selection on the offensive line in 2020. He was selected to play in this year's Shrine Bowl.
In addition to his football skills, Ferree was a state champion wrestler in 2021 as he took the 2A title at 285 pounds with a first-period pin over Jonathon Hilder of Shoshoni. He finished the season 18-1. In his junior year, Ferree took 3rd at 285 in 2A, and in his sophomore, he placed 2nd in 2A, also at 285 pounds.
Chadron State is a Division II school that plays in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
