Roswadovski Admits To Being ‘Surprised’ To Win Gatorade POY Honor

After a senior season that featured 34 goals, 24 assists, and state championship, Thunder Basin’s Grace Roswadovski was honored as the best player in Wyoming.

The recent graduate of Thunder Basin High School in Gillette, Roswadovski was named the 2019 Gatorade Wyoming Girls’ Soccer Player of the Year last Thursday.

WyoPreps’ David Settle had a chance to visit recently with Roswadovski about receiving the honor and what it means to her. She spoke about the large role her teammates played, her work off the field, what goes along with this accolade and getting ready for collegiate soccer.

Roswadovski will be headed to the University of North Dakota to play soccer on scholarship. Best of luck!
