Shoshoni Clinches #1 Seed in the 1A 9 Man West

The Shoshoni Wranglers have been a tough outfit this year and have an offense that at times has been unstoppable. The Wranglers closed the regular season with a 46-12 win over Riverside to finish 7-1 and grab the #1 seed from the West in 1A 9 man football.

Shoshoni's Pehton Truempler had three touchdown runs in the game with Cannon Campbell, Jaxson Stanley, Nathon Cousineau, and Quinton Clark also finding the end zone. Riverside made some big plays too as quarterback Trenton Coronel threw TD passes to Nathan Boreen and Dylan Alexander.

Shoshoni will have a home playoff game on Friday taking on Wright. Riverside is the 4th seed from the west and will journey over to Pine Bluffs for round #1
