After several days of training, the third week of the 2026 boys’ prep swimming and diving season in Wyoming heats up with holiday invites on three days this week. Lander starts the week, followed by Gillette, Kemmerer, and Laramie hosting big events on Saturday. Some teams will swim and dive multiple times, while others will compete once.

WYOPREPS BOYS SWIMMING & DIVING WEEK 3 SCHEDULE 2025-26

The schedule for Week 3 of the prep boys’ swimming and diving season in the Cowboy State is below. The schedule is subject to change.

Monday, Dec. 29:

LANDER HOLIDAY INVITE – Buffalo, Kemmerer, Lander, Rawlins, Riverton.

Team Scores = Lander 346.5, Buffalo 269, Riverton 225, Rawlins 180, Kemmerer 141.5.

The Bison won 7 of the 12 events, but Lander's depth carried the Tigers to the team crown. Buffalo's Everett Thomas, Riverton's Alex Jordan, and Lander's Carter Plaisted won two individual events each.

Friday, Jan. 2:

LARAMIE NON-SCORED HOLIDAY PRE-INVITE – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Green River, Jackson, Laramie.

Central won 7 of the 12 events in the non-scored meet. The Indians swept all 3 relays. Chris Hager of Central, Bryson Moore from Cheyenne South, and Green River's Sam Dockter won 2 individual events each.

WORLAND QUAD – Buffalo, Cody, Lander, Powell, Worland.

Team Scores = Lander 449, Buffalo 411, Cody 362, Powell 304, Worland 190.

The Bison won 9 of the 12 events, but Lander's depth prevailed again. Two event winners included Everett Thomas and Quinn Byram from Buffalo.

 

 

Saturday, Jan. 3:

GILLETTE CHRISTMAS INVITE – Buffalo, Campbell County, Natrona County, Newcastle, Sheridan, Thunder Basin.

Team Scores = Buffalo 228.5, Sheridan 203.5, Thunder Basin 183, Natrona County 178, Campbell County 160, Newcastle 53.

Buffalo and Sheridan won 3 events each. Newcastle's Gabe Hoover and Sheridan's Ben Forsythe were 2 event winners, individually.

KEMMERER HOLIDAY INVITE – Evanston, Kemmerer, Lander, Lyman, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Sublette County.

Team Scores = Evanston 269, Lander 256, Lyman 208, Rock Springs 174, Kemmerer 128, Sublette County 125, Rawlins 120.

Lyman won 4 events, and Rock Springs had 3 wins. Koen Asper of Rock Springs and Jacob Olson from Evanston won 2 individual events.

LARAMIE HOLIDAY INVITATIONAL – Cheyenne Central, Green River, Jackson, Kelly Walsh, Laramie.

Team Scores = Cheyenne Central & Laramie tied at 312, Green River 259, Kelly Walsh 165, Jackson 140.

The Indians won 7 of the 12 events. Chris Hager and Ian Whitesell won 2 events each for Central. Laramie won 4 events, and Jackson had the other win.
