One of the state's finest all-around athletes is Gabby Drube from Thunder Basin with track & field her true passion. She was an all-state volleyball player for the Bolts with over 150 kills and was an all-state selection in basketball as she averaged 15 points a game and was named the 4A girls Player of the Year.

In track, Drube really excels in the hurdle events and won both the 100 and the 300 in the Benson/Sheridan meet back on Thursday. She ran 14.99 in the 100 finals and 47.41 in the 300 finals. She also won the 100-meter hurdles in Gillette on Saturday. Drube has committed to the University of Wyoming track program and had a bright future ahead. We caught up with her on Sheridan to chat about the hurdle races and the season to date.
