In 1A football,  defending champion Big Horn was at home to meet neighbor Tongue River from Ranchester. Big Horn makes it look easy some nights with the enormous talent that they possess. In the first quarter, The Rams went right to work with a 51 yard run to the end zone from Will Pelissier to make it 7-0. Pelissier followed that up with an 11 touchdown run and then quarterback Quinn McCafferty threw a 31 yard TD pass to James Richards so after 1, it was 21-0 Big Horn

It was more of the same in the 2nd quarter as Carson Bates recorded 2 touchdowns for the Rams with an 8-yard run and a 9-yard run. Pelissier scored his 3rd TD of the game from the doorstep and McCafferty tossed his 2nd TD of the contest, this time going to Aiden Philips.  Big Horn led 49-0 at halftime.

Tongue River put some points on the board in the 3rd quarter thanks to Tony Perfetti on a 1-yard plunge. The Eagles also scored in the 4th quarter on a Kyle Breen TD reception, But Big Horn advances to 6-0 with a 49-16 victory over Tongue River. The Rams will be in Lusk this week. Tongue River is 1-5 and next up for them will be the Sheridan JV
