One of the longest-tenured boys' basketball coaches in Wyoming was recently inducted into the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Pat Neely has been Wright's head coach since 1999 and also was the head coach at Greybull for 7 seasons. Neely won a state championship for both of those schools; in 1996 for Greybull and with Wright in 2005.

He's won over 800 games in his career and his longevity speaks for itself. We talked with Neely about his career and the ever-changing challenges of being a high school coach.
