The last chance to qualify with a top-eight time in a running event or a top nine mark in a field event for the indoor track state championships is this weekend.

There are three meets on the schedule because the weather interfered with some teams’ ability to compete last weekend.

There is a “make-up meet” on Friday in Gillette, and then the two regularly scheduled meets on Saturday, with one in Casper and the other in Gillette.

The Natrona County High School MAC and the Campbell County Recreation Center will be the host sites. With participation limited to 300 athletes, only select teams can attend the meets. No fans are allowed at any of the regular-season meets.
