The 2025 all-conference football awards for teams in Classes 2A and 1A, encompassing both 9-man and 6-man divisions, were announced on Monday. These honors are voted on by the coaches in their respective conferences. These are done in accordance with the conference bylaws. The players are listed in order, first by the school name, and then alphabetically by last name.
